Train Driver Pro UK is an independent practice platform — not an official test provider. We're not connected to any train company, Network Rail, or recruitment agency. Our materials are original and designed to help you practise, not replicate any real assessment.

1. What This Service Is

  • • Train Driver Pro UK is a free, independent practice platform for train driver applicants. We provide mock tests, interview prep tools, and a community forum.
  • • We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any train operating company, Network Rail, psychometric test providers, or railway employers.
  • • Our practice materials are original content designed to help you prepare. They don't replicate any official test, and we can't guarantee you'll pass — but we hope they help!

2. Your Account

  • • To save your progress and use all features, you'll need to create an account. We use Supabase to handle authentication — your email and password are stored securely and encrypted.
  • • Please keep your login details safe. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account.
  • • You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We'll remove your data within 30 days.

3. Using the Service

  • • Be respectful in the community forum. No harassment, hate speech, or offensive content — keep it supportive for everyone preparing for their assessments.
  • • Don't try to break, hack, or abuse the platform. It's free for everyone — let's keep it that way.
  • • Don't share your account with others.

4. Content & Copyright

  • • The practice materials, questions, and content on this platform are our original work. Please don't copy, redistribute, or resell them.
  • • You're welcome to use everything for your own personal preparation.
  • • Anything you post in the community forum remains yours — but by posting, you give us permission to display it as part of running the service.

5. Advertising

  • • As a free service, we display ads through Google AdSense to help cover running costs.
  • • Google and its partners may use cookies to show you relevant ads based on your browsing activity. You can manage your ad preferences at Google Ads Settings.
  • • Opting out of personalised ads won't remove ads entirely — you'll just see less relevant ones instead.

6. Service Availability

  • • We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance or updates.
  • • The service is provided "as is" — we don't warrant that it'll be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • • We're not liable for how you perform on any real psychometric test. Our materials are for practice only.
  • • We're not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses from using (or being unable to use) the service.
  • • Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms is capped at £100.

8. Changes & Termination

  • • We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let you know about any significant changes.
  • • You can stop using the service and delete your account whenever you like.
  • • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.

9. Governing Law

  • • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If there's a dispute, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
  • • If you have an issue, please reach out to us first — we're happy to try and sort things out informally.
